- Each week we walk as a group for about 30-45 minutes, support from friends
- Recipes for success in the kitchen.
- Studies show that people who have a support group are more likely to reach their health goals.
- Get into the habit of walking.
- Talk about fruits and vegetables.
- Learn different tips and tricks from fellow community members.
- Enjoy healthy physical activity.
