The United Methodist Church is in a season of change. Some congregations want to leave The United Methodist Church and others want to stay. A few weeks ago, I shared some links to information about the process to leave with the hope of clarifying the matter and choices involving our congregation. But there is a lot of information being put out and a lot of disagreement. All of this makes the whole matter more confusing.
Therefore, our District Superintendent Rev. Todd Harris will meet with us on Thursday, October 20, 2022, at 6:30 p.m. to offer clarity on this important issue. I hope that all members and others who regularly go to our worship will attend. I appreciate the Rev. Harris working us into his very busy schedule. Please take this chance and attend if possible.
