Thoughtful Conversations about Tough Issues
Starts June 21, 2022
1st & 3rd Tuesdays
6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Many times, Jesus broke new ground of understanding as he shared food and drink with people of devout and questionable faith. Jesus changed people’s theological understanding of God by sharing his wisdom at the dinner table.
What is theology? Theology is often described as faith seeking understanding. Aren’t we all seeking to understand more about God, life, and ourselves?
The table of food and drink has been a place of faith-filled discussion from the earliest times. And the public pub has been a place where people have shared ideas for generations.
People need an open, safe, and relaxed place to discuss God and life while enjoying a favorite beverage or food. Enjoy a glass of wine, beer, water, coffee, or Coke. Join us as friends, family and strangers as we gather around the table and share our faith and questions. We will meet on the first and third Tuesday of every month starting June 21st, from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. (tentative) at the Walking Beam in downtown Bridgeport.
